Program Description
‍By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Adam Stern LLC including updates, service reminders, appointment confirmations, special offers, and other relevant information. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Opt-Out Instructions
‍You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or number you received messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions
‍To rejoin, simply opt-in again through the original sign-up method (such as our website, intake form, or keyword). Once you’ve opted back in, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

‍No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
